The Découverte plan is free, with no credit card. It publishes a complete invitation with its programme, its venue and the reply form, for 10 named guests and up to 30 replies. It stays online 30 days after publication. The gift fund, SMS and music come with a paid plan.
The pass is a one-off payment per event, from €49, with 12 months of hosting. Monthly starts at €9.99 a month, with no commitment: the invitation stays online as long as the plan is active. For a given plan, the features are the same.
Yes, fully. Your Pass includes 12 months of hosting · on monthly, your invitation stays online as long as the plan is active. Publishing included, with no technical fees on your side.
Yes: the Découverte plan is free, with no credit card. Build your invitation, share the preview link, try the RSVP · and move to the Pass only once you are won over. You then have a 14 day right of withdrawal.
You have 14 days to withdraw: make the request from your account and we deal with it promptly. If your invitation has not been used yet (fewer than 3 replies received and no payment collected), you are refunded in full; otherwise the refund covers the time left to run. The detail is in our terms of sale.
We let you know by email before the due date. Without a renewal the invitation goes offline, but nothing is deleted straight away: your replies, your contributions and your settings wait for you 3 months, and you can put it back online at any time.
Your invitation stays online for 12 months with your Pass: latecomers still find the photos, the guest book keeps filling up, and you keep a lovely souvenir online. You can also export your replies from the Signature plan on.
Sending and reminders
No, never. Your guests receive a simple link (SMS, WhatsApp or email) they open in their browser, on phone or computer. Nothing to download.
Add your guests with their address, then start the sending from your account: each one receives an email with their personal link. You then see who received it, who opened it and who replied. A wrong address is flagged "Not delivered", so you can correct it or use another channel.
Yes. In your guest list, "Share via WhatsApp" opens a conversation with the guest's personal link and a message ready to send; without a number, WhatsApp lets you pick the contact. The message goes from your phone and uses none of your plan's SMS.
Yes, from the Essentiel plan. Each guest receives an SMS with their personal link, sent from your account, and the message can be tailored to each person: the right greeting and the right level of formality. A guest who declines SMS receives no more.
Guests who have not replied get a courteous reminder 45, 20 and 10 days before your reply deadline, or before the event if you do not set one. They go out by email, to the guests you sent the invitation to from your own space: a link you copied by hand into a message is not tracked. You also see who has opened their link without replying, and who has never opened it. Reminders have their own switch, separate from the one for the email you get with every reply.
Yes, if you turn it on, from the Signature plan: the day before the event, each guest who replied yes receives an SMS with the link to their QR pass. The reminder requires the QR pass to be turned on and a recognised phone number.
Your dashboard tracks each guest: invitation sent, opened, reply received. Only opening their personal link counts, never opening the email. So you know whom to remind, and the invitation tracking sums it all up at the top of the page.
Yes. From your dashboard, the “Tell the guests” button sends a message by email and by SMS, each with the recipient's own personal link. Changes of date, time or venue are detected and pre-filled; you choose the recipients and confirm. SMS is included from the Essentiel plan on, and every plan comes with a number of change notifications.
Replies and plus-ones
No. They open their link, say whether they are coming, with how many people and, if you ask, their dietary needs: the reply lands in your dashboard straight away. They can change it later from the same link.
Yes, and you decide. For each guest you set the number of places; from their personal link they then name the people coming with them, adults or children. You find them again in your replies, on the entry passes from the Signature plan on, and on the seating plan from the Prestige plan on.
Yes: a written note with their reply, and from the Signature plan a voice message, which you listen to from your dashboard.
The link opens in any browser, with no account and no app, in large type on a phone. You can also print the QR code on a small card or send it by SMS · two seconds, even for grandparents.
Groups and programme
To show everyone the right version of the invitation. You create groups (family, friends, colleagues) and reserve part of the programme, a practical detail or a room for some of them: each guest only sees what concerns them. "View as this group" shows you the invitation as that group receives it.
Yes: reserve part of the programme, the dinner or the next-day brunch for example, for one or more groups. The other guests do not see it, neither in the programme nor in the practical information.
Yes. Each group can have its own link and QR code: those who open it see the group's invitation and, to reply, choose their name from the group's guests or type it in. Other guests' details are never visible there, and regenerating the link stops the old one.
QR codes and paper
Yes, every invitation has its QR code, to download from "My invitations" as a high-resolution PNG or as an SVG for printing. Each guest group can also have its own, which opens the invitation as that group sees it.
Of course. Every invitation has its own QR code: print it on a few cards for those who love the object, and send the link to everyone else. They all end up in the same place.
A personal QR code that each guest who replied yes receives, from the Signature plan. At the entrance, you scan it with your phone: the check-in shows who has arrived, plus-ones included.
Photo album
Your guests scan a QR code, on a table, a card or a screen, and upload their photos from their phone, with no app or account. The album comes with the Essentiel plan: 150 photos with Essentiel, 400 with Signature and 800 with Prestige. Photos are kept 30 days after the event.
Yes, from the Signature plan: the slideshow shows the album's photos full screen, on a screen or a projector.
An option at €19 that keeps the album for 6 months instead of 30 days, and lets you download all the photos at once, in a ZIP archive.
Gift fund and rooms
No, 0%. Your guests pay their contribution to you directly, through your Wero, Lydia or PayPal links or by bank transfer: the money never goes through Invitez-nous. Only any fees of your payment app apply, under its own terms. The gift fund comes with the Essentiel plan.
Yes, and for a simple reason: the money does not pass through us. Your guests pay you directly by their usual means (Lydia, PayPal, Wero, bank transfer), from their account to yours. Invitez-nous stores no bank details and takes neither commission nor fees. Only your Pass is paid to Invitez-nous, through Stripe.
From the Signature plan, you offer your rooms, cottages or yurts with their price and number of places. The guest books from the invitation and pays you directly; you mark the payment as received from your dashboard, and the place is freed if you cancel the booking.
Personalisation
Yes, entirely on your own from the builder, with a live preview. And if you would rather be guided, we will do it with you · write to us from the Help & contact page, or ask for a quote.
Yes: inspirations are complete invitations, texts and layout included, which you duplicate and then adapt. Sections your plan does not include stay hidden, and reappear if you change plan.
Yes. A time change, an address to clarify, a photo to add? Update anytime · the link stays the same and all your guests see the latest version.
Yes, from the Essentiel plan: choose background music for your invitation. Browsers require a gesture before playing sound, so it starts at the guest's first touch on the page, and a button always lets them turn it off.
A short "curtain" animation that opens onto your invitation, from the Signature plan. It plays when the guest arrives, before the page itself.
Yes: your guests read it in French, and in English or Spanish if you turn those languages on. The page's labels are translated, and you can enter an English version of your own texts.
Yes, from the Essentiel plan: for example inviteznous.fr/emma-et-lucas, instead of a generated address.
Yes, from the Signature plan. In any case, the invitation is not indexed by search engines: only people who have the link can find it.
Data and contact
The site is hosted in France, and your data and your guests' data are never sold on. Emails and text messages are sent by Brevo, a European provider. No advertising and no tracking tools on the invitations: the only thing reported to you is whether each guest has opened their link, so you know who to chase. You delete your lists whenever you like, and you export them from the Signature plan on. You can also delete your account from your space, your invoices being kept for ten years as the law requires.
In France, with o2switch. An encrypted copy of the backups is kept with Google, in Ireland, so the service can be restored after an incident. Bank cards never go through our servers: plan payments are handled by Stripe.
From your account, the “Help & contact” page: pick the subject, describe the problem and, if it helps, the invitation concerned. We reply by email, generally within one business day, and as a priority on the Prestige plan.
Advice and events
Announce the date six to twelve months before the wedding, send the full invitation three to four months before, and set the reply deadline about a month before the big day. With an online invitation, it is a single page, published early and then completed: the link never changes.
About a month before the big day, and as far as possible from your sending: automatic reminders go out at 45, 20 and 10 days before that date. The reply form closes the day after the deadline.
Weddings, engagements, birthdays, christenings, baby showers, hen/stag parties, corporate events and big celebrations. Each theme adapts to the mood and colours of your event.
Yes: seminar, end-of-year party or launch, the named guest list, reminders and the QR pass work for your professional guests. For a bespoke need, ask for a quote.
Digital costs less, goes out in an instant, collects the replies and can be updated; paper remains a lovely object to keep. Many combine the two: a few cards with a QR code for close relatives, the link for everyone else.

Gift fund and rooms · 0% commission
Gift fund, contributions towards rooms, honeymoon: everything your guests give arrives whole in your account. Slide the total collected · compare what you would be left with elsewhere, once fees are taken out.
Public fees of three common online gift fund platforms, checked on 3 October 2026: 6% (funds from €100 to €10,000, 1.5% above) · 3% + €1 per contribution · 1% + €0.25 per contribution. Assumption: the whole amount, rooms included, is collected through the platform's gift fund · their published rate therefore applies to all of it, and the fixed parts assume an average contribution of €60.
With Invitez-nous, nothing passes through us: your guests pay for the gift fund and the rooms on your own direct links (Wero, Lydia, PayPal, bank transfer). 0% Invitez-nous commission, no waiting to be paid out · you confirm receipt in one click from your dashboard; any fees charged by your own payment app apply under its terms.
