Do I have to pay for the rooms up front?
No. Your guests pay the hosts directly, so you pay nothing up front and wait for no payout.
Can I reserve certain rooms for certain guests?
Yes: from the Signature plan on, group visibility reserves the whole accommodation section for the circle of your choice, who see it through their personal link. A single room, however, cannot be reserved for a group.
What happens if a guest drops out?
You free the place from your dashboard and it becomes bookable again straight away.
